FAQs
Once you subscribe to one of our plans, we’ll be in touch to get the access we need from you to begin any maintenance. Typically, these will include:
- Admin access to the ‘backend’ of your WordPress website.
- User access to Google Analytics account (if no account is set up, we’ll create one for you).
- Cpanel access to your hosting account.
In most cases, as soon as we have the required access, we can start working on any maintenance and updates you require. In the first instance, you’ll need to provide us with a brief overview of any content changes you’d like us to make.
If your website goes offline for any reason other than for something we have done as a direct consequence of working on your site, you may incur additional charges. For instance, if there is an issue with your hosting account, domain renewal, DNS or changes you have made yourself, will not be covered in your monthly support package.
If we believe the changes you request will go over your monthly allotted time specified in your package, we will notify you before we commence work. You can then either upgrade your support package to allow for more update time, or you can pay for additional time at the rate of £50+vat per hour.
There are no minimum monthly contracts with any of our packages, you are free to cancel or downgrade at any time. Please give us one month notice of cancellation or downgrade via email hello@allianceagency.co.uk
