Part 2 – Add products and services to your listing
Within the dashboard of your GMB listing, you are able list the products or services you provide in specific sections.
If you’re a service-based business, then head to the services section in the dashboard and you’ll be able to create a primary category for the main services you offer plus any other sub business categories you’d like to create. Within each category you can create, you’ll be able to list individual services that you offer. Here, you can add a price for the service if wish, or leave it blank. You can also input a service description up to 300 characters in length.
The products section is similar to services, the main difference with an individual product listing is the ability to create a button such as ‘buy now’, ‘learn more’ or ‘get discount’ for each product that links to an external page or website. Similar to services, you can give each product a category, price and description up to 1000 characters in length.
